Property Management
Dinamic Rentals has the experience to manage and control all what is necessary to have your property well protected and in perfect shape. Our services will give you the opportunity to forget about all the details of taking care of your home in Los Cabos. Our basic service include:
• Management of a working fund account
• Payments of all bills / including property taxes, trust fees, phone bills, electrical, water, propane, security, insurance & HOA dues
• Monthly budget and transaction statement in dollars

• Periodical review, monitoring and visual inspection of the property, car check up.
• Supervision of other companies jobs like fumigation, elevators, repairs, etc. .
• Regular monitoring and visual inspection of the property during hurricane season
